  1. I am having a tough time always being offended by my husbands comments. I know he means well, but it hurts my feelings. A lot of you "can't eat that" and guilts me into feeling bad that I'm still struggling with things. I had my surgery a month ago and just now get to finally eat real foods. But staying away from breads and other things is getting tougher by day. I guess I just need some support.
  2. I got it at Walmart in Protein section. I have only tried the fruit punch, I'm not going to lie it does not taste great, however it's better than the shakes, I'm at week 4 and I started on it at week 2 because I could not drink the shakes. It was recommended by my doctor
  3. Try "New Whey" it's a lot less to drink 3.5 oz and has 42g of protein
  4. Hello all! I'm in Dallas and sleeved on 7/14 doing great so far. Going into week 4 and kinda having trouble on what to eat!
