  1. I think my blood sugar is to low, my doctor told I didn't need to check (before diet) so I've never really check my numbers but I think I'm going to start. I left a message for my doctor to call me I have questions. He did really tell me that of what I need to do for this diet. Thank you guys

So I'm 2 days into my liquid diet and I have diabetes and acid reflux and I have had a really hard time, I've been feeling nauseous and sick half through the day so I've been cheating and ate cheese yesterday and I felt better. Today I was like no I'm not going to mess up, well I was totally fine, hungry as hell but fine then I got really tired and nauseous so I ate again and I felt better, so I ate dinner and I totally felt 100% better, so what I'm getting at us I don't know what to do has anyone else gone though this?
  3. Good Luck, mine is scheduled sept 4th on August 20 is my pre-op appointment. It's like a waiting game at this point and I'm getting nervous. I have a hard time picturing myself skinny it's kind of weird lol congrats !!
