@dreamingsmall I am going to try and eat clean for a bit, I always feel better I just don't lose a lot of weight very fast. But maintaining or losing a small amount and sticking to whole foods I feel like it will at least help me prepare for changing my diet completely after surgery. Probably won't be for 6-7 months but that's a long time to not gain if my eating habits don't change.

Well I went to a seminar that is required before you can schedule with the surgeon group.....they let us know that we can't gain any weight if we want to be approved for surgery.......I'll just have to eat the steak without the potato LOL

Not sure how it works in CA, but I pay for short term disability through my job. I know that after 8 days off I'll qualify. Do you have STD through your job?

YAY!!!!! I wish I had good news LOL. The facility they I went to is a joke, they told me they faxed my RX for cpap on Monday....checked today still not there. Called back Apparently they faxed it at 2:55 today. GOOOOOD LUCK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

You are making the right decision for you...... And I'm sure it wasn't an easy one to make. Just one word of caution....I've read that a lot of people become more fertile after surgery get that hubby snipped! @breprih called and spoke to the manager in the office....SURPRISE my results were ACTUALLY in this whole time LOL so I have sleep apnea, have to get a cpap. Also my Instagram is the same as my name on here :-D if anyone else wants to follow......i think its nice to have the support on IG as well.
