  2. 146.4 this morning. For some reason I was depressed by this thinking I didn't lose this week. And knowing full well why I didn't (slacking on shakes and it's "my week") but I just looked and actually lost 1.6 this last week! I'm happier now

  14. Omg this is the best thing I've ever read!! I so feel your pain!! Lol
  15. I'm 30. Had my sleeve done on 6/29. I started with a low bmi, and come surgery day I was 203. Since surgery 10 weeks ago I have lost 30 pounds. For some reason I expect to see more results, in my head I know better tho. Lower starters lose slower. Although 30 pounds in 10 weeks is nothing to bat an eye at! I'm 5 3 so my ending goal is 130. Im excited that there is only 40 pounds left to get there, not much bothers my new tummy. I'm tired ALOT, however I have 3 small kids, 2 in school that I get up at 545 and a toddler. I guess I would be tired without the surgery. Vitamins are hard for me to take, mostly because I don't like toddler the taste. I take my b12 through nasal spray which is obviously the easiest! My hair has started thinning so I just cut it off lol.
  16. 172.2 not my goal but I am proud of where I am. Ready for the next challange!
  17. Mine has been slow but steady... I've lost 30 pounds in 10 weeks so I average 3 ponds a week... however I lost faster the first 4 weeks. I started at 203 on 6/29 and am proudly at 172.2 this week
  18. 176.8 goodness the crawl is killing me
  19. Do u have a vitamin shoppe near by
  20. Personally I prefer the grape iso pure. Also nature's best makes a Dutch chocolate protien powder. 50 grams per 2 scoops. It's think and not too chalky. Best Protein shake I've had!
  21. There's a difference between diarrhea and loose stool. After you've had your gall bladder taken out u will have a loose stool. Diarrhea is when u are using the bathroom many many times through the day. Pre op sleeve, I went after each meal and it was loose. That's not considered diarrhea tho. You food has one less place to stop and process so it just moves right through. Since my sleeve, I don't go like this anymore. I don't even go every day. Last week I didn't go at all. Everyone's body is different tho, so none of these post are going to be completely accurate for u
