I am 2 weeks post-op and having major constipation. I've tried colace 2x per day and benefiber 1x per day. This is horrible and very painful. Today I drank some decaf coffee mixed with unflavored protein and 1 prep h and in a few hours I had some relief. Any other suggestions?

Congrats, you look fabulous! What advice would you give? I had my RNY Gastric Bypass on 11/4/15. I weighed at my first pre-op appt and down 17 lbs. I've been really constipated though.

Congrats girly, you are lookin good. I can tell a huge difference. Pictures always tell the story. I think your weight is at a ggod pace for 7 1/2 weeks. Exercising, drinking water and geeting down your protein will continue your success. Congratulations!
