I have a lot of weight to drop. Hoping to be revised from band to sleeve this year. Insurance does not cover so I will be traveling to Mexico. I need to focus on dropping some pounds so I can fit somewhat comfortable on the plane. I am using Dr.Altamirano through BariatricPal.

Great question. I am a nurse to. I am letting my PTO build up. I do have short term disability but not sure how it works.I am seriously considering going back after a week when I do have surgery.

Maybe we van transition back to work quickly.We may have to just take it slow.
