I've been doing alot of research and I've been looking at Dr. Jose Rodriguez Villarreal In mexico alot I've heard and see alot people been/going to him, if you have been to him and had your surgery with him if you don't mind I would love to hear how everything went for you like how it all worked out with him being in Mexico and how it was there and how he was pretty much every detail you have and willing to share I'm really nervous and little scared. Does anyone know if you can donate plasma before months of your surgery?

I know she said the surgery would be little easier if I lost 10% of my fat before surgery but I don't understand why so much tho if I lose that then why do the surgery

Just seen my surgeon today about getting my sleeve done and I have to get all my test done and she wants me to lose 40lbs in three months for my surgery can anyone give me some tips on losing that like some food snacks or recipes or anything that you did to help you lose before your surgery please and thank! I want to get the sleeve done and my insurance don't cover it so I'm doing self pay, where would be the best place to go I would love to hear what everyone has to say, I need somewhere that will work with me that does financing or something and that's a good doctor cause I'm real nervous. I'm going to talk to Dr. Elizabeth Hooper at mercy in Oklahoma city and I've tried looking her up but I can't seem to find much about her like reviews or anything, Idk if I'm just not looking good enough or what.
