  4. I just had a cup of soup and it feels like I ate a turkey dinner. Sleeve is doing its job.
  5. Sushi is tonight will let you know. It is such a beautiful day in Minnesota. Going run/walking today and shooting for a record distance. Have to go past 5.25 miles. That will compensate for three pieces of sushi topped with wasabi
  6. Looks like it gives you some lift also. ????. Now I can visualize what you were talking about.
  7. Myfat is your 45 lbs from PO or SW? That's impressive!
  8. Tell us about yourself and your journey so far. How is the liquid diet going? Sick of chicken broth yet?
  9. My NUT said zero carbs is not good either. I can eat probably 3 pieces of sushi. The total amount of rice on those three pieces is about three table spoons maybe a little more. I am not going overboard and hogging out on carbs so I am within carb tolerance. Some have a slice of pizza once a month. It's all in the portion sizes.
  10. I am at almost four weeks. I have lost 36lbs since pre op. 19 since surgery. This is a slow but steady journey. I try to exercise each day but there are days that life gets in the way. To the lurkers reading this the surgery was so much easier than I expected. My hunger pangs are almost non existent now. I need to remind myself to eat which never happened before surgery. You still need to make wise choices with food and get off the couch and get moving. I feel great and my self confidence is coming back. If you are on the fence I hope this has helped you in your decision.
  11. I am picking up some sushi on the way home????. I will let you know how it goes. I have been on omeprozol twice a day from day one.
  12. I start tomorrow with soft foods. What is working for you? There are so many foods I want to try. Shrimp is on the top of my list. How about sushi?
  13. Thisfat hope you have a good day at work

  17. Ok when we all meet our goal weight lets go out on the town and drive your car. I will bring my pit Jimmy Boy.
  18. You look wonderful and your car is bad ass!
  19. I'm so sorry to hear your having trouble still. If there was anything I could do to help I would gladly. You should get into the doctor and let them know the trouble your having. You always have a shoulder here to lean on. Your not alone! Nice scooter????
