  6. Jimmy was skin and bone when he was rescued. You could see every bone in his tail. He was used as a bait dog. All his teeth were filed down flat. He is the sweetest gentle dog I have owned. Not a mean bone in his body. For all you weight loss people a rescue pit makes a great companion and walking/running buddy!????????
  7. Jimmy says your doing good!
  8. You will get stronger each day. Get up and start walking. Ask the nurse to walk and they will help you. My first day I went for five walks and it really helped. Be strong my friend ????????

  14. That's a lot of protein. Is your hair falling out at all? A guy's dream diet meat meat and more meat. In Alabama you can keep an eye out for road kill. It is socially accepted there as a great source of protein. You will need to get up early or the good ones will be scrapped up already.????

  16. My weight loss has slowed down. About one pound every three days and that should be about normal. Since surgery day I have lost 14 pounds. I knew it was going to slow. Everyone's weight loss is going to be different. Getting out walking for an hour everyday will help. Stay the course Rdub!
  17. It is an adjustment to think if I feel full I am over eating. I am staying on track with the app myfitnesspal. As long as I am logging in every day I stay within calorie count. Sometimes I feel stuffed and I ate to much that day but when I go back and look at my caloric intake I am good. This new stomach is going to take some getting use to. Like the conversations yesterday it helped me!
  18. Nice brindle color I am sure you miss your dog much. I will check out your site. Let's keep it touch
  19. Pitbulgirl do you own a pitbull? I have one and wondered because of your name you do too. His name is Jimmy and was a rescue out of Chicago.
