I have not bought new clothes yet.but soon 2 and 3xs getting to big on me.

I am a stay at home disabled wife age. 57 .sleeved may 21.15. i am in onderla d.i. did weigh 258. i am now 195

I was sleeved 5/21/15 am in onderland .

I am now. I will be 7 weeks post op tomorrow.

Ineat no junk, no pasta. No fast foods. No sodas, no straws..

I have dumped a few times .now i measure my foods and protein drink.

I am much better 6 weeks out i am now in onederland ...

Start feom the bwsuca, be strict with yourself. Plenty of protein qater. Excerise. From Start from back to start or early stages

Mine qas chronic pain having to use a walker. Or a cane. Now I can walk with out them with 58 pounds me.
