Sure. First day was great!

Hi, I'm 9 days post op today and will be heading to work tomorrow. Office work, so I should be fine. The first 3 days are not good. Hard to swallow Water, fatigued, pain, and lots of gas. Walk and sip should be your mantra. Day 4 things start to pick uo. I've gone grocery shopping, cleaned house and sat through a 2 hour movie, with my Protein water of course. I'll let you know how my first day goes. Good luck!

Surgery date is 08.14. I had to push it out because I have a trip to Jamaica and Las Vegas in July. Thanks and good luck to everyone????

Hi all.. New to the forum and the whole idea of bariatric surgery. Thought the whole approval process would be grueling at best. Boy was I surprised....Had my consult with True Results on May 13th, psych evaluation May 18th, sleep study May 21, forms submitted to blue cross May 28th, approved and letter in my mailbox today...June 11th!!!!!! Calling the surgeon first thing in the morning. Good luck to everyone and I'll keep you posted.
