  1. I hydrated like crazy today and they still ache so much. I'm going to call my pcp tomorrow and see if I can get in this week. Thanks!
  2. I was sleeved 10/27 and for the past few days my legs hurt so much! They are just aching and feel awful. It's mostly my calves, back of my thighs and tops of my legs. Any ideas? Thanks
  3. My mom stayed with me so my husband could stay with our kids. I felt horrible because there was no chair or roll out for her. She slept on the floor. It was awful. We don't live close and she refused to leave because I wasn't doing well after surgery. I feel guilty still but she wouldn't go!
  4. You could get a tracker that just attaches to clothing. I just got a Jawbone Up Move for $15 at Target on clearance.
  5. I am 4 weeks out and am stalled right now, actually this morning I am up a pound. It's discouraging although I know it is "normal."
  6. I drove after 1 week. I don't work but was back to full mom duty after about 7 days as well. I don't have any babies so no lifting or anything too strenuous.
  7. I was sleeved on the 27th of October. Right now, I'm not going to lie, I am a mean bitch. My husband can't do anything right, even his breathing annoys me. I'm very stressed, still feel crappy, am tired, frustrated and not dealing well with it.
  8. I did ok but could have done better. I had 2 bites each of turkey, gravy, mashed potatoes and 2 pieces of pasta from the mac and cheese. I should have skipped the mac and cheese but what's done is done.
  9. I do this too! They hurt.
  10. I have lost 30 pounds and no one has even noticed a difference so you should be ok.
  11. I'm 4 weeks out and feel the same way. I met with my doctor the other day and told her I feel like crap but I couldn't tell her why, I'm not tired, I'm not hungry, I'm in a little pain but not a lot, I just feel like absolute crap. I am also LOUD! It's embarrassing trying to have a conversation with someone and have to keep excusing myself. My kids say they are my dinosaur noises.
  12. I started purées at 21 days. I was looking forward to it but now, 3 days in, I am done with them.
  13. I started at 2.5 weeks, I feel fine, no issues. I drink way, way more with a straw.
  14. I'm still just kind of struggling. I feel like crap. I can't even pinpoint why, I just feel bad. My back hurts, my stomach hurts, I'm not hungry but everything I see looks good. I don't want to eat any of it but it looks good. Does that make any sense? I have one incision that is open and hasn't healed. I go back to the doctor tomorrow to get it looked at. I'm a raging bitch to my husband, he is the biggest moron that has ever walked this earth (not really, he's just annoying me with everything he does right now.) I'm down almost 30 pounds and I can't even tell. Ugh, I sound like a whiner!
  15. I did white bean chicken chili and puréed it.
  16. I haven't announced on SM yet and I don't think I will. Only a handful of people know I even had surgery.
  17. Not yet but I'm only down 29ish pounds. I feel dumb because I want someone to notice my hard work!
  18. I puréed BSCBreast, a single baby carrot and some cauliflower mash (made with FairLife milk) with a little bit of chicken broth. I mixed in protein powder and it wasn't gross. It was a huge relief from liquids.
  19. I don't regret it but I am not happy right now. Liquids suck. Purees are going to suck. I want real food, not even bad stuff. I would cut a bitch for some asparagus and boneless skinless chicken breast.
  20. These are cheaper and my husband really likes them. He works super hard and long hours (plumber) in all kinds of conditions. They keep him cool and dry in the summer (he used to get chafed horribly) and warm in the winter. https://www.walmart.com/ip/Hanes-Men-s-X-Temp-Performance-Cool-Boxer-Briefs-3-1-Bonus-Pack/54189370?wmlspartner=wlpa&selectedSellerId=0&adid=22222222228051129784&wmlspartner=wmtlabs&wl0=&wl1=g&wl2=m&wl3=147344453037&wl4=aud-261800281660:pla-261979080450&wl5=9015854&wl6=&wl7=&wl8=&wl9=pla&wl10=8175035&wl11=online&wl12=54189370&wl13=&veh=sem
  21. I started the day I came home from the hospital. I need to get into the routine early.
  22. Lands End is the best. They are flattering and fit very well. I ordered from swimsuitsforall and wasn't impressed. I got a tankini/skirt combo and the tankini was super short and the skirt was like a low rise so the booty hung out.
  23. This may sound harsh, it isn't meant to be. They didn't choose to have surgery, you did. This is your decision. They don't have to change the way they eat just because you want them too. Yes it is rude to rub it in your face but they can eat whatever they want. I would really sit back and think of these are the type of people you want to surround yourself with? I would hunker down, stay in my room and make a plan to move from my parents house.
