  1. It kinda makes you have buyers remorse to a degree doesn't it? The only thing is my doc wants us off of the shakes at 6 weeks and eating. I just don't see how that's possible. I'm almost a month out and the things that they said I can / should be eating make me feel like crap afterward. On a positive note im,dropping the pounds like crazy ???? My Doc admitted he was new to these surgeries but the most important thing is to nourish the body, how ever I come about it. I must admit, I didn't feel ready for full solid food so I guess we are all different. But he did say that under no circumstances should I push my body if it either hurt or made me sick.. if the tummy is a little bit swollen, solid food would hurt like hell soooo listen to your body first..
  2. I was at the same state.. Still am kinda... But I just took a step back and am drinking protein shakes and nutrition shakes to be up and about through the day. Forget about food and go back to liquid. I got super depressed from being sick and tired so my doctor suggested that I would go back to liquid and fuel my body with what what it needs instead of trying to eat and failing..
  3. Love the flower idea. It's a beautiful way to mark the occasion of losing the strain of over weight
  4. Thank you guys for warm replies. It means a lot. The scale has been kind to me. It the head that is bothering me. Just got depressed. Don't know what came over me..
  5. Hey there. . I'm sitting at work and going through the weekend in my mind. . My enthusiasm in the beginning was on fire, nothing else mattered than being grateful for the chance and using the tools I've been given. Almost 7 weeks out and 35 pounds down I'm still grateful but my mood and enthusiasm is in the toilet. I'm anxious and feeling down. Feeling that I'm going to spoil this for sure. Feeling my food addiction speaking to me again. Feeling that I've used so much money for nothing and I'm going to let my closest family down. . Well that's what I'm feeling.
  6. First 3 to 4 days suck big time. . Then it's ok.. Gas stop chewing pills saved me from pain and coffee
  7. Maybe you should ask I you can go on liquid diet.. It helps a lot. But I get were you stand.. Focus on the date and in stead of laying down, walk. Go outdoor. Walk in nature, focus and Always remind yourself that this is where you proof your dedication. And when you are done with the surgery you have one less thing controlling your life.
  8. Atlas food challenges on YouTube. . Was porn to begin with but after watching 150 of the 200 it just became messy gross German porn.. Cured me good from junk crap..
  9. Im 7 weeks out and my hands and feet are always cold. Due to lower blood pressure which is directly affected from hydration, which we all experience no matter what, we will be cold the first months. . Than it will even it's self out
