    Hey we live in the Dallas area near each other. My surgery is 6/9. I am using Dr.Kim. I've been on my pre-op diet since 5/26, lost 12lbs so far.

    My surgery is on 6/9. I've been on a liquid diet for the past two weeks which has consisted of Protein shakes and chicken broth. The DR sold me Fortify BariEssentials. It's actually pretty decent. They also gave recipes to change it up abit. My favorite is to add decaf coffee grounds. I heard
