  1. I would be interested in private FB Group as long as private. Not really ready for my business all over FB. I don't know how to start one though. My fb name is Debbie Kelly (Debra Rubin Kelly) if you figure it out.
  2. 3 weeks post surgery- I do protein shakes & protein water for breakfast & lunch but find it so hard to eat 2-3 oz of food for dinner & making it last 30 minutes. Also no drinking 30 minutes prior & 30 minutes after is so difficult for me. Anyone have any suggestions cold green beans are not so good. Tell your experiences & suggest some menu ideas. Thanks.
  3. I am 2 1/2 weeks out & I am cold all the time. I wear a jacket at home & socks all the time. I have always worn shirts & shorts this time of year but find a need a jacket even when outdoors at 75*. Also is avacado allowed?
  4. Right now soft. I just can't determine what to have since only 1 oz - 2pz per meal. Is avacado allowed in this stage?
  5. Hello, I am new to the site & new to the VGS world. Surgery was on 5/14 weighing in at 226. 2 weeks out I am down 22 lbs. I am looking for meal ideas. Currently on phase 3 plan cottage cheese, peaches & peas for dinner. Looking forward to making new friends during this exciting journey.
  6. Rita me and you are so close to surgery date. Congrats! I too find overwhelming not knowing what to do each day.
  7. I had sleeve surgery on 5/14 have started eating 2 oz for dinner meal veggie cottage cheese, I have had same thing for last 3 nights dinner suggestions welcome to keep from not getting burnt out.
