  1. The tea is a great idea. Maybe trying to distract with some tasks. Sweep out garage, throw in some laundry, sweep floors, anything... drinking a lot helps.
  2. Go walking-- I am having surgery Tuesday morning. So excited to see your success! Enjoy England! You have really insoired me to that this is a great decision!!!
  3. Oh, me again... Uf you're gonna do isopure, the grape one is okay. Not grand, but is protein and clear, a little variety at least.
  4. I have done ok with the Jay Rabb protein powders. Also like the EAS protein powders too. This hasn't been horrible for me. Am going to clear liquids probably Sunday clear out colon and clear liquids Monday. I have gotten a few things for post surgery. Am considering ordering the Unjury broth too...
  5. Sarah, you CAN do this!! I hope your cold is better too.
  6. I have stuck to it like glue too. No cheats. Been very diligent. I went today to see the allergist and am down 21.5 pounds. YAY! I have hit a little snag and will find out in about 3 hours if my surgery is still on for Tuesday or if they have to wait for a lab to come back. I am determined to stay on pre-op until I have the surgery. The way I look at it, the more I lose now, the easier the surgery will be.Hang in there!!!!! I will say a prayer for you on Tuesday too
  7. Well, it has been a long journey and I think the nervousness is probably because you are realizing the permanence of it. That is pretty normal. My surgery is the same day as yours is. Working hard on the pre-op diet and keeping busy. You will do great! Hang in there!
