  6. Hi everyone, After giving birth and an episiotomy, I had difficulty getting out of an extra firm memory foam mattress. Post gastric sleeve, did anyone who has a memory foam mattress experience difficulty sleeping or shifting out with the incisions? Should I get a recliner? Thanks!

  15. First and foremost the comment was offensive. However, I must say that people in general have a difficult time estimating other people's weight including my own mothet. They do have a point of comparison which is your former self. So they easily note the weight loss or in my situation pre-surgery, the gains. It's hard to abandon their points of reference of your former self or when they believed you were healthy. For those who don't know about the weight loss, they will see you as a fit slender woman. You look incredible.
  16. I like Jay Rabb unflavored whey protein. I think they sell a smaller container.
  17. Livvsmum...I want to thank you for the blog. It took me two days but I read it all. It was very informative about the process and didn't sugar coat the continued struggles post-op. Your hard work really shows and you look amazing!!! I'm really thankful for everyone here for sharing their experiences which help the newbies like me have a better sense of what we are getting into and the journey ahead.
