Thanks. I have actually been at 210 since 9-10 month post op. Just when I thought I quit for a bit and bought clothes that didn't fall off I'd lose again and repeat the cycle. I believe this is where I'm gonna stay. Working on getting some muscle. I can't believe how much muscle I lost.

Approaching my 1 year Anniversary! Sleeve date 11/9. Weight at picture on left was 330 (start of pre op diet), current weight 210.

BigJnav, How is the split going? Did you ever make a thread on your workout?

Do you guys have an example of your workout? I was wanting to try something different.

Thanks for the drink replies, fellas. BigViffer, believe me I'm taking it slow and enjoying the transformation. I've been reading up on getting a workout plan and bcaa's are mentioned.

BigJnav3 and Bigviffer do you guys drink anything during your workout? I was thinking about getting some bcaa to take during mine. Just curious to see what others are taking.

5 months post op, 100 Lbs. down. Feeling great!

12' Street Glide. Took her out the other night after sitting for a few months. Definitely a better ride after shedding 100 lbs!

Two months post op down 60 pounds. Feeling great!!

I am 11 weeks post op (11/9) and have lost a total of 60 pounds. I have been in a stall for the past 4 weeks bouncing back between two or three pounds loss/gain.

Thanks for the replies everyone. I figured the weight loss has something to do with it. When I was on my pre-op diet my wife followed with me on the meals when we we're together. After surgery she has been eating a lit better since I'm not corrupting her with my bad meal habits. She won't tell me how much at the moment, but she has been losing weight since I've had my surgery. I guess my surgery was best for both of us.

Hey fellas, I been lurking the boards for a couple months. I was sleeved on Nov. 9th. This seems like a really weird question, but since my surgery my wife has a smell to her. It seems like it's her breath that I cant stand. Numerous people tell me that her breath don't smell but sometimes I don't want to be around her. Anybody else experience this or am I overreacting?

I am struggling with using my machine. I have only been using the machine for 3 weeks now. I get text messages daily saying that I'm not meeting my daily requirements. I called the respiratory therapist and she got the approval from the Dr. to lower my max pressure down to 13. I feel like I'm suffocating. I have two weeks until I meet with the nutritionist to be put on my pre op diet. I'm really worried that if I can't get this worked out I will be denied my surgery since I didn't do everything requested by the Dr. HAs anyone ever heard of being denied because of this?

Greenville here. I am having mine done by Dr. Hughes at Riverside Surgical, also . No date set yet since I have to wait the six months for insurance, four more to go. The traveling back and forth to Columbia several times a month is the only downside so far. It would be nice if my insurance approved more than one facility in the whole state.
