  4. I am 7 weeks post op started at 297 was my high weight my pre op appointment i was 293 and surgery i was 274, i am 251.6 today i am 5'2
  5. Sadly before surgery i loved premier shakes! Bought tons of them! I have one left and some powder. I've been making 4oz shakes with half a scoop of Protein Powder which is about 18.5g a serving (with lactose free milk) i do that 3 -4 times a.day to reach my protein goal, im having yogurt for Breakfast and dinner and a shake for my 'snacks' and a shake for lunch so far im down 2lbs since yesterday but ky sr said if its not more then 5lbs difference it isnt a loss

  8. i did take my measurements i just need to.find them!! Yes it was a month before surgery that i couldnt have meat. I know stalls happen it just seems like i have been in this one for 2 weeks!

  12. I need help breaking this stall im thinking about going back.to liquid for a couple of days ever since they added meat to my diet i have lost and gained the same 7lbs any and all . suggestions welcome!!!!

  14. My nut says 2-4 oz is normal .. so idk im just going to do 2oz and if i still feel hungry ill eat a few more tiny bites

  16. I have a book but it does not give any amount either just says until satisfied. Im allowed yogurt eggs cheese beans chicken turkey and fish.. . I also hsd an appointment yesterday and she didn't seems concerned that i could eat a full cup of yogurt.
  17. I tried canned chicken for thr 1st time today and was able to eat 5oz of it.. i had surgery on May 11, is this normal? Am i eating to fast? My nut didnt give me any amount restrictions. Help!
  18. Two weeks post op i had a piece of country fried deer steak.. i felt awful.for a good 45 mins. Lesson learned

  21. I can have all that on my diet except the tuna you should be fine my surgery is Monday!
  22. It hasn't been horrible cheating! I ate some deer hamburger once and chicken once but today i accidentally not even thinking about it took a bite of dang spaghetti!!!

  25. I have the same implant and am leaving mine in , also i will be on blood thinner for 7 days after surgery so if my Dr's say its ok im good with it
