  1. I'm 6 and half months post op and lost 27 pounds post op and before surgery I lost 28 pounds , I lost more pounds before surgery in a shorter time and I'm doing everything to a T smh I know your frustration, I still have 75 pounds to loose, best wishes to you

  7. hello , I've lost 25 pounds so far my surgery date was the same as yours , congratulations on your progress , my surgery weight was 270 , and I'm currently 245 , I have lil to no hair loss, maybe cause I was on a 2 month stall UT I'm pretty sure it's coming and I'm not looking forward to it
  8. I'm 5 months post op and lost 22 pounds. Doing everything your doing first 3 months 20 pounds and then a 2 month stall then 2 pounds now on a stall again , so your doing great, better than me lol

I'm 5 months post op and lost only 22 pounds , first 3 months 20 pounds and then a 2 month stall then 2 pounds now on a stall again, I take all my vitamins, track my food, meet all of my water and protein goals , and exercise, meanwhile only thing my Nut is saying is good job and embrace the stall, my surgeon is now a jerk since I'm not loosing weight, I don't know what else to do it's frustrating especially when everyone around you is losing weight and you're not
  10. I switched my surgeon, the insurance coordinator from my Dr's office, did all of the phone calls and paperwork, and I had no delays , I switched after I got approved 2 and half weeks prior to surgery, I was sleeved

  12. Finally after a 2 month stall, I'm down 2 pounds, I'm officially 247, but not for long, I will be down even more next weigh In ????????????????
  13. Guess what everyone, after a 2 month stall at only 4 months post up, the days turning into weeks and the weeks turning into months. I'm happy to say the scale FINALLY moved 2 pounds DOWN, whoot whoot ???? ???? Thank you everyone for the advice, the kind words and encouragement. One again thank you all for helping me to believe in myself once again
  14. hello I'm 4 months post op and been stalled over a month next week on the 29th will be 2 months stalled , how much have you lost so far, I'm so discouraged
