  6. Well I'm having the same problem. I'm 6 months post op an only lost 48 lbs and I exercise daily, take my vitamins and drink my water. The only thing that I'm doing wrong is not getting enough protein in. I'm addicted to salted sun flower seeds and a fruity cocktails every now and then and I know im not suppose to drink but that was the only way to cope from the death of my loved one. ????????have know desire to cook anymore so I eat out. But I need help because I'm feeling like why did I have this surgery? Was it all for nothing? should I just give up and call it quits? ????????☹️. Please Don't be to harsh I'm sensitive it took me a long time to let y'all in but I'm listening ???? So tell me the truth.

  8. I agree because my weight was going up and down until I decide to put my scale up because I was getting worried about if I had the surgery for know reason.
  9. I feel the same way however;I end up burping a lot until the food goes down. It's highly uncomfortable for me so I just eat a little and lay back and try to let the food pass. I was wondering how long is this phase gonna last because it makes me hate eating even though I have to eat to survive. I'm only 3weeks out and I'm on pureed meats like chicken fish and turkey and I had the sleeve done on May 6th I'm at a stall right now with my weight loss but I've read it common. Any advice would help
