Chemistry Queen on YouTube reviewed a Keto Krate but some of that stuff isn't safe for me to eat yet.

Are there any out there that are safe for bariatric patients?

I had my surgery on 7/13 and tried to return yesterday. I don't have stomach pains and my large incision isn't that sore. I had to leave 20 mins in because of shortness of breath and I felt really tired. When I got home, my doctor approved me for 4 weeks off. I thought I was 100% to go back but I was wrong.

7/13! I can't wait!

I am scheduled for the 13th. This is my 2nd attempt and I am ready for it! I had to reschedule the first time cos of work. I start my pre op diet on Monday and looking forward to it all. Good luck!

My surgery is scheduled for July 28th. I could have gotten it as soon as 2 weeks ago but it was too soon to take time off from work. I'm excited!

I want to live a healthier life and be able to have kids. My partner is active and I would love to be able to say "Yes" when she asks to do outdoor activities instead of watch on the side. I've been overweight my whole life and it's time for a change. I deserve to be happy.

I am insured with Humana though USAA and tonight I went to a intro seminar. The doctor mentioned six months of doctor-supervised weight loss program. My partner has a coworker (with same insurance plan) who when to the same doctor as I did and said she had her initial appt and surgery was a month apart. Has anybody here wait the six months??
