  8. I was told that I can only have berries and grapes and I need to eat them with a protein (cheese). I know from experience that eating a lot of fruit has made me gain weight in the past. I prefer vegetables over fruit, so I'm good without them and the fruit that is allowed are the ones that I like.
  9. My surgeon removed my gallbladder when the performed my sleeve. I've lost 44 pounds as of this morning since July 30, 58 pounds from highest weight. Sorry to hear that you have stopped losing. Stick with your plan and I'm sure you'll start losing again soon....those stalls are tough.
  10. Thanks. I have not tried the patch. I take Beyond Tangy Tangerine. It has prebiotics and probiotics in it. It's a powder that I mix with Florida's Lit and Fit OJ. When I forget it I keep some vits with me that I got from my surgeons office. I also take chewable calcium plus Vitamin D daily. I forgot mention that I walk in place or do leg lifts when getting ready and cleaning. That helps me get in my steps. ????????
  11. Hey girlie. Glad to hear from you and to see you're doing great.

  15. Thanks You look great, can I ask how old you are and how tall you are? Thanks I'm 39 5'4
  16. 3 boys? And working that much? Wow that's amazing. I am worried about the Water thing. I guzzle water all the time so I know I'm going to have to watch myself. Since your sleeve lets you eat whatever, is it hard to stop? I'm going to put my deposit down and buy plane tickets tomorrow so I'm super nervous. But I love this website. Everyone is so friendly and helpful and I know this the right thing to do for me. Thanks for the response! I feel better when I get in all of my water. Definitely sip sip sip and sip some more. I wouldn't say it's hard to stop. I often stop before I'm full and I'm hungry an hour later. When I have accidentally overate my sleeve has let me know. It was pretty painful. I try to make sure I stop when I think I'm full. Good luck. Definitely thankful I decided to have surgery.
