I have experienced night eating syndrome since I started college in 1997, I attribute it to stress. It has been a hinderance in losing weight and it hasn't changed since my sleeve in May 2015. I was wondering if anyone has or currently experienced night eating. If so I would love to talk with you! Thanks, Jessica

Has anyone known anyone who has gone from the sleeve to duodenal switch? I am considering it, but I am still doing research. Any comments or information would be appreciated.

I was sleeved on May 19, 2015 in Georgetown, KY. I am also having issues with the scale not moving. I also have a problem with sugar and I have started drinking (well a few months ago) Diet drinks. I am trying to increase my exercise. My center has support groups every few months, but my one complaint about the center is that they no longer have a psychologist on staff. I feel like fixing the stomach and having the surgery is the easy part, fixing the reason of why I gained that weight in the first place is the hard part. When you don't have someone to talk to that has been through the surgery it is hard, my husband and daughter are super supportive but they don't fully understand how I feel. I would like to do something like a sugar and caffeine detox, would you be up for trying that also, we could support each other!

I had my gastric sleeve surgery on my birthday, May 19, 2015 in Georgetown, KY with Dr. Eric Smith. I am looking for someone in the Lexington, KY area to buddy up with for support and/or mentoring to push me to lose the rest of the weight I need to. I deal with anxiety and depression and tend to get discouraged. I need someone who will give me friendship and support. I want to be able to talk with someone that can relate to what I am going through and so we can share stories of happiness, failures and dreams. I had my Gastric Sleeve on May 19, 2015. But in the last 1-2 months I have gotten in a bad habit of drinking more diet sodas than water. I feel like a complete failure as I am afraid I have stretched my stomach and have ruined my sleeve. Can I stretch the sleeve? Also what is the best way to reset your pouch? Thanks in advance! Jessica
