I am in the pureed stage, but I am still eating to fast and taking to much in at once. I know I am supposed to take 20-30 minutes to eat my 2-3oz, but I take about 10 to 15 minutes. I think it's because I hate cold food. Anyone have any hacks or tips to help me figure out a way to slow down? I tried the baby spoon method, it kind of worked but not really. -
