How did the soda make you feel? I would have thought that would have made you sick before the chicken nugget would.Believe or not I just burp... I was kind of OMG!!!.. I'm not fan of soda is just that stuff temp me and that hasn't go away... I want to eat and try stuff so bad.. -

Soda couple sips, mago juice 5oz, 1 chicken nugget... I just can't believe how I did it... The nugget made me sick...I'm 9 days post-op -

My surgery was done on the 14th I cannot pass the protein shakes.. Drinking oftifast shakes I have even frozen them and I just cannot stand it -

My surgery was the 14 th so this is day 4 th for me... I cried like a baby last night... I felt hungry but I knew I couldn't... Is the head hunger is the stage of withdrawal that we gonna have to go through... Good luck buddy.. -

This is my 3rd day post op and is been difficult... Just the adaption of not having food..... I have felt some head hunger,but it was bc my sister was cooking so then I went to my room.... I felt a little depressed I'm not sure my hormones and my period just arrived... Is just plain difficult but I knew how was going to be... Is hard but not impossible -

I have lost 7 pounds in my preop diet....surgery on may 14th -
I will start my preop diet on 2 days and is base in 800 calories.... I think is pretty insane that's why I wonder if I can be on phentermine for the 2 weeks prior my surgery.... My surgery is on May14th... I will call the doctor tomorrow I just need some kind of appetite suppressant while doing this liquid protein diet to shrink my liver

I have replace one shake for a grill chicken.... Now for lunch we are in a Mexican and I ordered some shrimp and veggies instead of my soup.. Is day 5 and still hard... I walk for the last 2 days... I'm planning to go to Zumba on Monday and Wednesday... I have my finals doctors appointment on Tuesday.... Surgery on the 14th -
