Well today is not so bad. I have done really well I think I was very hungry at first. I did have a rice cake today the size of about 1in round, other than that I have had juice, jello and water. I know I can do this but it has gotten better than it was on the first day and the second day was not a bad day ,, One day at a time

Wow ! Today has been a very long day. Started off ok, then out of all day my boss orders lunch, TGI's well let me tell you how hard it was not to order real food. I had the onion soup without the cheese or bread just the broth it was hard not to eat the onions. Well I Pray that tomorrow will be a little better because this one was kinda hard. I just need to keep pushing on because band day will be next thur. So if I can make it to wed. It will be wonderful. Keep up the good work everyone because I'm trying to stay on this long trip to band day:huh2:

Well I'm very excited my upcoming date is very soon. I have to go and sign papers tomorrow. Things happened so fast for me. I have BCBS and I had my appointment on Jan 8 with my doctor and Then had my appointment with my PC Doc on Jan 9 they sent my info off to the insurance Co on the Jan 11 and they called me and said that I have been aproved on Jan 14 and I start my fast on Jan 17 and my Surgery date is Jan 24, So just know I will be emailing and trying to chat with everyone on what I should be drinking (lol) for these 7 days. So please help me. I'm going to enjoy being a New Year's Knockout Mrs. Ross07:lol:

Yes Kim I'm going to be banded on that date as well we can keep in touch. Dont know if I can help with nothing but chating and shareing wonderful stories about being banded we can support each other via email and chats I'm looking forward to the change I have a great support group
