Hello, I am a 34 year old mother of 3 working on getting healthy again. My oldest child is 12 and and the other two are 5 now. I have always been very healthy up until I had my first child. I stopped making time for myself (big mistake) and quickly went downhill. I have lost weight and gained it back more times than I can count and I'm ready to get my life back. Surgery (RNY) is scheduled for 3/31 and I can't wait!
