Had surgery the same day!! I am ready to progress away from liquids! I have to literally force myself to drink. Ugh, this is hard! But will be worth it!! -
Hey! I'm 25 years old and am having a sleeve done on may 13th. I am starting a pre op liquid diet on the 29th and I am nervous. I choke down the shakes they recommended, but they suck. Any reccomendations??

Thank you both for your kind words. I am on day 3 of 15 of pre op liquid diet. I broke down this morning, cried and boohoo'd for roughly an hour. But, on the positive side, I did not cheat. Does the liquid diet get easier??

Thank you so much. My fiance is very very supportive, but he doesn't understand what I am going through. He tries, and I love him for that. But he has never really been overweight and doesn't really know how I feel.

Hey, my name is Stephanie and I am a LPN in Oklahoma. I am having a sleeve done in may. I told a few coworkers, and some were supportive, but some couldn't hide their dismay. Anyone else experiencing any negative people trying to rain on their parades? Is it because they are nurses and have seen the possibilities and risks? I thought they would be supportive. -

I have been trying to find a supplement that I can actually stomach. Can anyone give me suggestions on what you liked? Or maybe a sample day or your ”meals”?? I do not drink milk, as I have never been able to enjoy the dairy taste, and I am having a hard time finding something that doesn't taste "milky." Thanks in advance.
