  1. Poconos. I had my surgery in January and I'm down 77 lbs. I feel great and am off all meds including diabetic and blood pressure meds.
  2. I started losing my hair between 3and 4 months out. I lost a good bit of the volume of my hair. I started taking biotin and within a week it has dramatically decreased. I don't know if it's coincidence but I'll take it
  3. I had my surgery in January. I was off work for a month. My doctor wanted me to be off 2 more weeks because of the chance of lifting, but I didn't have enough time. I work 12 hours also and I think it would have been hard to go back at 2 weeks. I do know people who did it
