So, this is how I got into trouble...
@@CanyonBaby We share the same passion! I, too, watch cooking shows. ALL DAY LONG!!! I am a very good cook and I own over 200 cookbooks. Family gatherings are always at my house. I have learned so much from watching the shows and my family appreciates it very much. I do get hungry watching! I discovered that I don't care to watch them making sweets any more. I used to love that over everything, but something has changed in my brain! I am only interested in savory foods now. Chopped is also my favorite show! Along with Diners Drive-ins and Dives! That show makes me want to travel and visit those places!

Rectal spotting + spotting in vomit
I think you should follow-up with your doctor asap. Since you have just been sleeved, it could be something that needs immediate attention. At least make a phone call and talk to your nurse.

OUT OF CONTROL! HELP
This may sound corny, but why don't you try to listen to motivational/self-help audio recordings on your long commutes. Also, try packing some Protein bars, cheese, organic granola, beef Jerky bites, etc. for your trips back and forth to work. And NO MORE SNEAKING!

Memorial Day Challenge!
This sounds like fun! My first time also. My goal weight for the last check-in is 242. Will I be able to add my name to the spreadsheet or do you do that? I've never done this before or even used a spreadsheet, I clicked on it, but I couldn't type anything in the square.

weight lost very slow 1-2 ponds a week
You probably had to lose the Fluid weight you put on in the hospital. It took me a week to lose the 17 pounds of fluid that they pumped into me at the hospital. At week one I was still one pound over what I was day of surgery. There are a millions stories on here in the forums regarding this subject. Remember not to compare yourself to others. We are many different body types and levels of health differences among us. You are losing weight. Feel better!

VSG and a Hernia Repair
@@pansy63 I have used Isopure unflavored powder Protein mix. I am currently using GENEPRO Protein Powder. I purchased both on Amazon.com. Although both of these products advertise "unflavored," there is a noticeable "flavor." However, it is not as bad as the fake sugar mixes. The Genepro is best for me. It has 30 mg of protein in just one tablespoon and can be mixed in hot or cold foods and liquids.

Been a rough week
@@NoMoreFatGuy I hope that you will start to have a brighter outlook soon. You did the right thing getting the surgery. Please don't regret it. I am 5 1/2 weeks out and I have had some ups and downs, but all in all I am extremely glad that I had the surgery. You will be thrilled when you clothes start falling off! That is the fun part! I have to go "shopping" in my basement every 2 weeks! It's not easy, but be patient. I hope you have a better night tonight.
