  1. There is a supplement by standard process I was put on to help reset thyroid. It's called adrenal desiccate. I have to take 4 - 3x a day and I am only on day 3 but maybe you can ask or read about it.
  2. My mother in law had gastric bypass and has had things stuck. Not sure it's the same with the sleeve but try googling papaya enzyme. Or as your drs about it. She keeps the stuff in her purse and swears by it.
  3. I've been having a few issues and this scares me a bit as I haven't had surgery as of yet. But the part that interesting to me is the symptoms of a late leak seem to be similar to a gallbladder issue.
  4. Can you taste the difference between blue and red?
  5. I haven't done it yet, but maybe it takes the brain a bit to catch up to the stomach??
  6. sorry to butt in.. check out this website.. It explains that when you lose fat you have excess carbon dioxide and you exhale more.. maybe that is part of it.. It has to go somewhere right? http://www.npr.org/blogs/health/2014/12/16/371210831/when-you-burn-off-that-fat-where-does-it-go
