  1. The Natures Best Isopure protein powder has 50g of protein in 2 scoops if you fill a blender bottle with skim milk and 2 scoops of that it equals about 72g of protein for the whole bottle when you add in the protein you get with milk. I use the blender bottle that hold about 20oz. I usually drink the one shake throughout the day. Also Greek yogurt has lots of protein.
  2. Thank you! I will try the heating pad. I took gas x and it didn't help.
  3. I am 10 days post op and I am still very bloated. This feeling won't go away. It is making it very difficult for me to get much liquid intake whether it be protein or just clear liquid. I have mostly just been sipping water. I am a diabetic and my blood glucose has been running very low because I can't get any carb intake which would normally come from the protein shakes. I feel full all the time. I am miserable. Anyone have any advice?
  4. I just had my surgery about 10 days ago and I have kind of been craving pickles as well. I've always loved pickles and in the past would just sit and eat them straight out of the jar. So I thought maybe it was just my pickle obsession. I don't know now??
