  14. My husband and I's credit is not very good but we applied for a medical loan anyways to cover what my insurance can't or won't cover. I'm so nervous about hearing back from the loan company. I'm afraid that if this doesn't pan out it'll be my last chance at getting my surgery. I know its out of my hands right now but it doesn't make me any less nervous. Anyone out there with less than great credit get a medical loan?

  16. @@Rocky1 I'm not sure. I've only heard about the gas x strips. They're on my list of pre surgery items to get.
  17. I've heard a lot of people suggest gasx strips too because during the surgery they pumps air in you. After surgery a lot of people get gas pains.
  18. I'm not sure what they base their decision on though. I'm sure it depends on bmi.
  19. I'm still preop with no surgery date, but I was wondering if there was anyone local around.
  20. That's who I have insurance and with my bmi all I need is a psych evaluation for them to cover it. I still have to at my deductible though and all that. It was a much easier process than I anticipated.
