  1. She really didn't say anything about health issues. She just said "that's the easy way out. I would never put my body through an unnecessary surgery". After that she said she would support me if I do it. It was just a hard thing to hear from someone I thought would be more supportive.
  2. That's how I feel. I just want to get healthy
  3. One of my best friends freaked when I told her I was planning on getting a sleeve. She told me it is the "easy" way out. My husband thinks she's just scared that I'll get smaller than her. How have any of you handled unkind "friends"?

  5. I look forward to finding a bra the right size. You really can't find a 48 b. I look forward to not having to get my husband to ask for a seatbelt extender on planes because I'm too embarrassed. I won't miss aching joints from holding up extra weight. I look forward to being able to share clothes with my friends.
  6. I haven't had my consult yet but I'm actually hoping for October. I don't really want to wait that long but if I do it in October then me and my husband will make our insurance deductible late enough that next year when I have to do follow up visits we won't have to worry about a deductible.
  7. Sending you skinny thought!
