25 day update with pictures
Great work. I am getting ready to be sleeved in less than 2 weeks. I'm on a similar path and reality is starting to set in. Starting at 379 and hope to be at the 215/220 range as well.

What activities are you looking forward to doing?
In the short term Sitting in a booth Not being fearful to fly on a plane. Not having to buy my clothes from specialty stores that charge a fortune. Long term Getting stamina back to run. I'd like to do a 5K or Mud Run someday. Like to also get back into CrossFit. Something I did a while ago and enjoyed. Hopefully I wont sweat at the drop of a hat.

2 Week Pre-Op Liquid Diet
Glad to see this post. I am on day 2 and just have this longing that can only be described as hunger. I have been making sure i am getting plenty of Water. Hopefully this feeling will subside after a few more days. Even tough I am busy at work it's still distracting.

March Sleevers
I should be in the march group. I started my liquid phase yesterday with the anticipated surgery date being either 3/4 or 3/11. I have to get the procedure done before the insurance changes go into effect March 15th.

Join the protein shake potluck...share your favorites!
I just started my pre-op liquid phase. Right now I am "enjoying" the Premier Protein chocolate and vanilla. However they do seem to leave a film on my mouth. I just swish a little Water around in my mouth and it clears right up.

How long 'til you ditched your CPAP?
This is great to hear. I too have been on a CPAP for the better part of 10 years. My sleeve will be done sometime early March. Looking forward to the night that I don't need this machine. Plus not having to take it when I travel.
