  1. I'm 6 days post op and I feel the same way about the commercials. It's normal. Fight the urge. You can get through it.
  2. Hi and I just want to say I've had four since 2008. It can be extremely painful. I take allopurinol and colchicine together to control it. My level is at 7 which is still high. Normal level should be at 4. It's going to be very hard to control since the key for WLS is more protein and less carbs. So good luck with controlling it.

  4. I just got sleeved 4 days ago. I'm a little sore. I'm not nauseous. I want to know when I can take this band around my stomach off. It's just hard for me to sleep
  5. I was sleeved on the 29th. I'm trying to adjust to everything. My bed is too high I'm sleeping in the living room until I get use to laying down.
  6. I'm 47 and having surgery in 4 days.
  7. I met a man a couple of weeks ago at one of the monthly discussion groups and he said Dr. Webb did a DS on him and so far he has lost 170 lbs. when I go for my pre op on the 23rd I will make sure all my paper work is right and I'm having the procedure that I wanted. I will keep you up to date with my progress.

  15. Dr. Webb recommend DS to me. When did you see him? I really hope he doesn't change it to a sleeve. Maybe he has someone else assisting him. I'm having a problem now with clearance from a pulmonary doctor. I hap a sleep study done two months ago and it wasn't a pulmonary doctor. Now Dr. Webb want me to find one that will clear me. This isn't good because I'm going to spend more money and he might make me do the sleep study all over again. This is so annoying

  19. Hi everyone. I know a lot of people on here recommend the wellesse liquid vitamins but they are so expensive. Can anyone give me a reasonable place to get liquid vitamin that's not 53.00.
  20. Hi all. I'm starting my pre op diet on Monday. I got the clearance to do it today. Now I'm more nervous. I there anybody from Florida. I just moved here 3 months ago.
