    Getting the protein in

    Did you try them? They are pretty gross in my opinion. I found in Walmart these great protein packs called P3. They are with the deli meat. They each have meat, cheese and some type of nuts. Each has between 12-13 grams of protein. They are perfect portions for me to eat for a snack or meal. That with my protein shake breakfast which with powder, pb2 and 2% milk has about 40 grams of protein I'm pretty close to my daily goal. Then I get the rest in with chicken or fish or beef for dinner. I also use Genpro unflavored protein powder when I cook. No one ever knows it's in there. Good luck to you!!!
  18. So here is my very first transformation Tuesday pic! Surgery date was 5/11/15. Down a total of 29lbs since surgery but a total of 48lbs since I started my WLS journey. Still a long way to go and will show more as my journey progresses.
