  15. Thank you! I'm sure it's normal, just hard to eat this little and not see the scale move at all. I'm sure it will get in gear and we probably shouldn't worry about the dumb scale anyway:) Good Luck to you, I'm sure you will do great!
  16. Congrats!!! That's awesome????
  17. I was sleeved on 2/2. I lost 10lbs on the week long preop diet, then 10 lbs the week after surgery, and I've stalled ever since. Not lost one more lb. I'm getting in quite a bit of protein and usually 60 grams a day. I do very well with the shakes, scrambled eggs, cottage cheese etc...however, I I don't get near what I need to for my water intake. Maybe that's it. It tastes ok, I just can't get it down. I've not thrown up one time, never been nauseated, and had a great recovery. I'm very thankful for all that and just wondering it this is a stall or maybe something else. Also, I get that 20 lbs in a month is awesome!! Just worried thats it????Any thoughts?

  23. So far nothing has bothered me. While that may sound wonderful, kind of worries me. Will just have to be careful and chose wisely.

  25. I must have a very strict dr. I'm not supposed to have beef or pork for 6 months????
  26. I don't do well with narcotics and I discussed that with the dr's prior to surgery. I took Toradol for pain in the hospital. I did not take any additional pain meds when I left. I didn't need them, not even Tylenol.
  27. I had two c-sections and the sleeve was much less painful and a very easy recovery for me. I didn't even take pain meds after the first day.
  28. I bet it's just the swelling is still bad and as it goes down you will tolerate more. Maybe mine didn't stay swollen long and that's the difference. I sure hope you feel better soon though.
  29. Congrats! I'm sure you will do wonderful :-)
  30. Oh no! I'm kind of opposite. I'm worried I'm getting too much down and it's not going to work for me. I have three protein shakes a day with skim milk, sf pudding cups, sf fudgesicles, unsweet tea, water. I get full but never nauseous or anything. I hope you start being able to get stuff down! Hugs
