  7. Okay I've been waiting to have my surgery since August. My surgery is next monday. Just had my preop on Friday. Well today my regular doctor calls me and says he needs to see me in regards to my lab work. Long story short I end up speaking to his nurse she says my white blood count was high. She aside if I wa sick and I said no just real bad allergies. I did tell her I was sick a month ago. She said usually high white blood count means my body is fighting an infection. Aww I'm so bummed I have to go get new lab work done today. I doubt anything will change since Friday. It really hard for me to find someone to watch my child while I have surgery and I actually found someone and everything was falling into place until today:( has this happened to anyone else?
  8. Wow! Couldn't agree with @"tauruslady5" better!!! This site is for opinions and views!!! All these people attacking her for posting her opinion, need to stop acting like the POLICE!!!! IM ASSUMING EVERYONE THAT IS MAKING THESE COMMENTS ARE EITHER POLICE OR LAWYERS, SINCE YOUR "OPINION" IS TO INCARCERATE HER!! RELAX, PEOPLE ITS NOT THAT SERIOUS! I bet a few of you have asked questions on this forum that should have been for your doctor instead of here!

  21. My doctor said it's not necessary for his sleeve patients
  22. Hello, I need some help in figuring this out. ..Which is better for a sleeved person artificial sugars or real sugar? I'm noticing alot of items that are used are sugar free such as sugar free torani, yogurts, and crystal light. As far as I've been educated by doctors (not gastric drs) our body doesn't break down that sugar properly. I'm just really concerned and scared because a few weeks ago I was loading up on sugar free items, until the dr told me I was a pre diabetic. Once the health educator told me artificial sugars are bad...I stopped. Please help and let me know the reasons it's allowed for us! I'm scheduled for my sleeve March 23rd so I want to be really informed. Thanks!
