  1. Hi everyone! My surgery date was November 10th. I am 114 lbs down from my HW (80 down from my SW) I keep hitting stalls, I lose 5-10lbs one week then nothing for 3 weeks kind of thing. I ran/walked a 2 miler this past weekend with my daughter in 30 minutes. A year ago I wouldn't have been able to walk 2 miles in an entire day. I have gone from a 26/28 to 14/16. I feel amazing but I think I thought the weight would come off quicker. I still have 90-100 lbs to go until my GW. I'm so happy to see everyone is doing so well!

  4. Honestly since I had surgery on Nov10th, I've gotten my period twice a month every month. The cramps have been awful. The nurse told me that changes in it are normal though because of hormones changing during weightloss.
  5. I had mine on the 10th as well! I'm down 85 from HW and 41 SW! How are you doing so far?
  6. Hello everyone! I'm new on here! My surgery date was 11/10/14. HW 344 SW 310 CW 265. I had the RNY done. I'm having trouble getting in my water and protein but am trying the best I can. I have an exercise routine that I stick to 4-5 days a week now. My goal is to run a 5k by my 1 year! I was wondering if anyone else has had similar goals and if they hit them? Thanks!
