Hi,
My name is Laura and I'm scheduled for a Sleeve Gastrectomy on Tuesday, January 20. I just started my pre-op diet yesterday.
I found this group on Google searching for support, and I hope it will help me get through the surgery and then down the line help someone else!
My starting weight is 218 with a BMI of 34. I have type 2 diabetes, high blood pressure and high cholesterol and these are my main motivations. I want to prolong my life and get off of these meds!
