  5. Yo, this is awesome success! Congrats!! Did you have much loose skin after surgery? Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App Hi. Thankfully I don't. I was using a skin patch my wife got me for cellulite. It actually works. Made my skin tighter. I have a little but need to work out more.
  6. Hi. I was sleeved May 29,2015 I was 340 before my pre op liquid diet. 320 at Surgery date. Today I'm 205 since I been building muscle mass. The last pic in the two tone shirt is my most recent pic from late October.
  7. Fabulous jobs to everyone. Congratulations I'm 18 months post op
  8. Thank you. Have you been sleeved?
  9. Hi. I started the gym 3 months after surgery due to the gym being built in my area. Prior to that I did a lot of walking. Once I started the gym I did a lot of walking and treadmill and stationary bike. After that I did weights but kept the weight low just to tone only. I did increase the weights but unfortunately I started bulking up and increased my weight base on muscle mass. I'm going back to cardio and tone to lose the 10 lbs I gained in muscle. I also used a waist slimmer and neoprene suit to increase the sweat. I also used a product called "it works" for cellulite which does work on my stomach. I was surprised it did. If you need more info let me know. LOL. I been told that. Thanks.
  10. Honestly I didn't have any problems since I lost all the weight in 6 months. I got discouraged when the scale didn't move but again I was weighing myself daily.
  11. Hi how are you? What part of Brooklyn? I'm in Manhattan now but used to love in bay ridge for a few years. Where are you having surgery? How long is your waiting period? Feel free to ask anything you like to know and thank you.
  12. Congratulations on making this decision. Keep us posted.
  13. Thank you. It's unfortunate we have to do that. I've gotten questions from a few people here as to why I had to do that. They didn't understand since they haven't had the surgery yet.
