  3. I don't recommend the Isopure unflavored. Unless you are using a blender it is hard to mix with anything.
  4. I'm 10 days post-op and saw my surgeon yesterday. He wants me to get up to 80 grams of protein and at least 800 calories.
  5. No I didn't. My insurance is through my employer and the plan requirement for us is six months. I think the six months is to weed out as many people as possible. Like I said I cannot even gain one pound.
  6. I have Aetna as well and at my first appointment with my nutritionist, she told me that I could not gain even one pound during my six month approval process.
