  1. I agree with above. Try to walk, walk, walk even through the pain for just a couple minutes at a time. It will help immensely! Sorry you are suffering so much
  2. It takes about a week. Walk, walk, walk!!!!! Hang in there, it will get better.
  3. Try using my fitness pal to track how much calorie intake you are doing. Then start modifying it using baby steps to get back on track. Set your goals and use the fitness pal app and hopefully you will be back losing again
  4. I don't drink regular water. Can't stomach it. I drink fruit2o lemon and raspberry. It's been a lifesaver for getting in my water.
  5. Milk of magnesia . I take it everyday cherry flavor and I only use half the lowest dosage cause if I take the full dose, It is too much.
  6. I'm katcycler and I was sleeved November 26. You can add me as well
  7. Premier protein tastes great to me and has 30g in one 11 oz drink. Chocolate tastes best to me and it's easy to get down plus I only need 2 per day. Hang in there. You will improve over the next week. Keeping your fluids and walking are your best friends right now
  8. Hello, I'm from northern va as well. ( Ashburn) my sleeve surgery was November 26 through Kaiser insurance so I had to go to holy cross hospital in Maryland for my surgery. My doc was Dr Cantor. I'm a little over one month out and doing ok. I'm glad to see some northern va people on here. Good luck to all of you on your journey.
