    I am in my 2 week pre-op fast and I can strongly recommend to anyone else starting it. Take benefibre or Metamucil every couple days to keep things moving. Don't know if IBS tolerates it though

    I'm scheduled for January 9 surgery. Started liquid diet yesterday. Terrible headache but today was better. Get through it. There's a pot of gold at the end of rainbow !!

    I was told to use beneprotien by Nestle. One scoop six times a day. I'm starting pre-op optifast on Monday and surgery on Monday Jan 19
