    I am scheduled to have surgery on Monday with Dr. Garcia. I have done A LOT of research and haven't yet found or talked to anyone with negative things to say. I am very excited. I will definitely post about my journey and if you have any questions I can let you know.

    can anyone advice on how good the Internet is at the Marriott in Tijuana, hope to be able to chat with my children while I'm there. What about cell service, I'm from New England so I'm sure it doesn't work but if I have Internet then I'll be ok. Also tipping questions...can I tip in US dollars or should I get pesos ? Thanks!
