  1. Thanks. All I had to set it off was three sips of my protein shake (no lumps) and water. But is has settled now. Thanks again
  2. Thanks. They are recommending it for some 30-35BMI's plus I have other complications that make me suitable and obesity runs in the family. BTW 31 was not my starting BMI it was just that I started the ticker at that BMI.
  3. I had similar issues. I'm only 6 days banded but it's the best choice I've made.
  4. I'm having the same problem and I'm 6 days post op today. I suspect that my tummy is just sick of them but it is happening with Soup as well. I'm going to have a poached egg tomorrow morning and hopefully that will settle it down. Did you work out your cause?
  5. I was sleeved on 15 Dec and so far I love it - except for today. Basically around mid morning I got terrible gut cramps and have had diarrhea all day. It's just stained liquid at this stage. I get it with everything I consume- my Protein shakes, mushroom Soup, pumpkin soup and custard. My surgeon is now on holidays so I can't call him. Any ideas?
  6. Hi Did you ever find out if you could get it in Australia? I'm looking. Thanks D
  7. Good luck to everyone who has surgery on 15th - there seems to be quite a few of us (and everyone else of course).
  8. I'm booked in for 15th December 2014 and it can't come soon enough. I'm even a little disappointed that the surgery is later in the day. I just can't wait for it. Looking for surgery buddies if anyone is interested.
