  1. I would think continuing TRT after surgery could lessen muscle loss that often comes with significant weight-loss.

Can you explain a little more why a bracelet with slerve designation would be helpful?
  4. Kbuska, may I ask if you saw your T levels change at all after surgery?
  5. He did my EGD. His partner, Dr. Hamilton, did my sleeve. I'm impressed with all the docs and staff there.
  6. I had sleeve done on 12/18/14 by Dr. Brice Hamilton at Kansas City Bariatric Center. Everything has gone great from seminar to consult to psych visit to nutrition class to EGD to labs to surgery and post-op. I researched a lot of facilities. For the Kansas City area, the only place I would unreservedly recommend is Kansas City Bariatric Center.
  7. I was sleeved by Dr. Hamilton at KC Bariatric on 12/18/14. Everything went great. Day 4 post-op still have some pain at the incision where the resected stomach was removed, but it's gotten better each day. Haven't had any other problems.
  8. i had the same problem. I too was worried I forgot. They wouldn't discharge me before I could pee on my own. I kept trying and couldn't do it. They put me back on IV and pumped me with fluids. I tried a few more times and had success. But even three days post-op, my urinating isn't quite as smooth as before. But it does seem to be getting better each day.
  9. I'm 12/18 with Dr. Hamilton at KC Bariatric Center.
