  1. That's amazing! Congrats!! Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  2. Are there any issues related to being a vegetarian that you wish you'd know about before getting the sleeve (or any other WLS)? What were your favourite veg meals post-op?
  3. Thanks for the replies... You've given me some good ideas for how to handle it when it happens.
  4. Thanks, I'll check those out. I've been binge watching Clusie L today, she's hilarious and very candid.
  5. Thanks... I'm having a hard time figuring out how that works cause it seems like with having a smaller stomach you can't adjust the amount of food you eat... so I guess you adjust what you're eating? Does that mean people start adding carbs/sugar during maintenance? What does maintenance look like?
  6. That doesn't really answer my question... I want to know if you just keep losing and losing until there's nothing left to lose, or can you adjust your diet to maintain when you're done losing?
  7. I've noticed a couple people have youtube channels in their signature. I would like to find more youtubers to watch... Can you give me some good channels to check out? I'm interested in VSG WLS...
  8. This might be a strange thing to ask, but what if you don't want to be skinny and want to stop losing before your body is done losing? Does maintenance look any different than what you're doing for weight loss?
  9. What do you do for work? If you're on your feet/walking for 11 hours straight, I'd say you are exercising... If it's a desk job, I recommend one of those desk cycles that fits under the desk... work and exercise at the same time! A person only has so many hours in a day...
